• To pass your details to licensed South African insurers or their authorised representatives so that they may contact you with car insurance quotations.
• To verify the legitimacy of form submissions and prevent spam and fraudulent activity.

Your personal information is shared with the following categories of third parties:

• Licensed SA insurers and their authorised representatives — for the purpose of providing you with car insurance quotations. These parties are bound by their own POPIA obligations.
• Lead management platform (Affiliate.co.za / TUNE) — our technical infrastructure for transmitting lead data to insurers.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage data for site performance analysis.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information for marketing purposes unrelated to car insurance quotations.

5. How long we retain your information

We retain lead submission data for a maximum of 12 months for operational and compliance purposes, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google’s standard retention policies.
