The process is straightforward: you submit your name and contact number, the insurers on our panel call you back with their best price, and you decide. No obligation, no upfront cost, no spam.
We are not an insurer. We do not underwrite policies, collect premiums, or pay claims. We are not a registered insurance broker or a licensed financial services provider (FSP) under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS).
Any insurance policy you take out is a direct contract between you and the insurer you choose. We have no involvement in the policy once your details are passed to the insurer.
We work with six licensed South African short-term insurers. All are registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and authorised to underwrite car insurance in South Africa:

The pricing data, insurer reviews, and model guides on this site are researched and written by people with direct experience in the South African short-term insurance market. We update content when market conditions change — price guides are reviewed at minimum annually, and when significant insurer repricing events occur.
We do not accept payment for favourable insurer reviews. Panel membership is a commercial arrangement and does not influence the accuracy of what we publish about non-panel insurers.
